We try our best to ship orders by the next business day. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $5.99. FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $75.00 or more.

Sales Tax
We collect 7.75% sales tax from California residents only.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Shipment
In the rare event of damages, defects or incorrect merchandise, call us at (707) 570-9095 or email us at info@thesimplebody.com as soon as you notice a problem. We will work as quickly as possible to replace your damaged, defective or incorrect product. Please do not ship products back to us without contacting us first.

PayPal and Money Orders
We use PayPal. Paypal accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to pay via a money order, email info@thesimplebody.com or call (707) 570-9095 so that we can work it out. In the event of a money order payment, we will not ship your order until the money order has cleared. We do not accept any checks.
